Chad has been with Finish the Work since the beginning in 2006, and now serves as the chair of the board, where he uses his background in construction management and international missions to oversee all Finish the Work operations.
Anne Meetsma
Support Specialist
Anne aids Finish the Work with their financials and administrative functions, ensuring that each project team has the time and ability to complete their mission.
Jason Money
Construction and Events Chair
Following a particularly impactful mission in 2014, Jason became heavily involved with Finish the Work, bringing years of pre-construction experience to the mission field, where he serves by evaluating potential projects and coordinating the annual Clay Shoot fundraiser.
Betsy Treece
Marketing & Events Chair
After serving as a volunteer in 2024, Betsy brought her expertise in talent development and engagement as the marketing chair, emphasizing the importance of connecting with the church community while supporting their Gospel mission.
Chris Speight
Construction and Events Chair
Chris joined the board in 2024 and utilizes his career in construction project management to plan Finish the Work mission trips before teams land, engaging in the physical work that constructs God’s kingdom.
Stephanie Lannon
Fundraising and Outreach Chair
Steph met Finish the Work in 2022, and now brings her love for collaboration through working shoulder-to-shoulder with partners into the mission of expanding Gospel work with construction, knowing the finished building will have an impact that changes the look of the whole community.

Sally Hentz
Logistics & Marketing Chair
Sally was Finish the Work’s very first female volunteer! She attended the 2010 project in Trinidad, and has since then become the logistics lead, setting up housing, transportation, and more to ensure that volunteers can complete the mission they’re called to, fostering trust to our church partners by finishing the work promised.
